Introduction

HyperAds is a web application, operated by FanClub, LLC, that lets you view and manage your own Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. This policy explains what data HyperAds accesses when you use it at myfan.club, how that data is used, and the choices you have.

Information We Access

You sign in to HyperAds with Facebook Login. With the permissions you grant, HyperAds accesses the following through Meta's APIs:

  • Your Facebook public profile and user ID, to sign you in
  • The ad accounts you can access, and their campaigns, ad sets, ads, ad creatives, images, videos, pixels and performance insights
  • The Facebook Pages you manage and the Instagram business account linked to them, so you can choose which one an ad is published from
  • A Facebook access token, issued to your browser, which is used to make these requests

HyperAds does not ask for your email address, friends list, posts or messages.

How We Use Your Information

This data is used only to provide the service to you:

  • To show your campaigns, ad sets, ads and their performance
  • To create, edit, duplicate and pause campaigns, ad sets and ads when you ask HyperAds to

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or profiling, or share it with third parties.

Storage and Retention

HyperAds runs in your browser and communicates directly with Meta. We do not operate a database, and your Facebook data and access token are not sent to or stored on our servers.

  • The access token is kept in your browser for the duration of your session. Facebook Login may set a cookie in your browser to keep you signed in.
  • Your browser's local storage keeps a few preferences, such as the last ad account you selected and the items you pinned, so they are remembered on your next visit.
  • The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Deleting Your Data

Because HyperAds does not store your Facebook data on its servers, there is nothing for us to retain after you leave. To remove what remains:

  • Click "Log out" in HyperAds to end your session
  • Remove HyperAds in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites to revoke its access to your account
  • Clear this site's data in your browser to delete the saved preferences

You can also email vlad@fanclub.fm to request deletion of any data relating to you, and we will confirm once it is done.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of your personal data
  • Request erasure of your personal data
  • Object to or request restriction of processing of your personal data

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
